Chris took todays session and it was hard as usual.
I can't remember exactly what we did, but it involved stairs, sprinting, 1 legged balancing whilst doing 15 squats and then sprinting, hovers and then some more stairs.
It was a good session, I was feeling OK. My foot has started to give me a little bit of notice, so I'm listening out for it hoping that it doesn't develop into anything! I could feel it early on in the run but after a short while it came good. However I can feel it tonight a bit.
It was another hard session - we really must have a triathlon coming up!
Mooloolaba is only just over 3 weeks away!
