Dad came around this morning to pick me up for run training as Craig wasn't going in. Just before Dad got here I got a call from work and had to go in to work. So, Dad went training and I went in to work, fixed up the problem and then went for a run at Roma Street Parklands. I figured that it was a taper week, so I did a 15min warmup and then 8 x 70mtr sprints and then a cool down.
I felt quite sluggish in the warmup, but once I had done a couple of the sprints I felt good. Afterwards though my quads were quite sore and I was a bit concerned that I overdid it!
It's unfortunate that I missed the BTS run as Robson shouted coffee! Never mind...
